Snow-blowing.

My youngest son is 12 years old, and we let him mow the lawn, and have for the past 2 years. Well this year my husband decided that he can learn to use the snow blower. So my husband was teaching the 15 year old and the 12 year old. And when he let Jacob, the 12 year old try, Jacob said, "Hey! Now I can mow the snow too."

Kids do the darndest thing too!

When my son, Kyle, was about 2 or 3, he had somehow gotten a marker, while sitting in his car seat, and was playing with it, talking to it. You know, just going on about something and really not sure what they are saying. Anyway, he was bouncing the marker up and down and talking away, then poke himself in the eye with it, and in slow motion he let go of the marker and slowing put his hand over his eye. He never cried or anything. It just looked weird when everything went to slow motion.

Another time with my 15 year old.

My son. Kyle, has done alot of funny things. He is the 15 year old boy. At times it is hard to think of all the funny things he has said or done.

Again we had went out to eat at one of our favorite restaurants, and we were just talking about different things, and Kyle started talking about when he grows up. Now keep in mind that at this that time he was about 4. He looks at us and says. "When I grow up I want to be a waitress."

Not only kids say things, so do adults when they're tired.

About 4 or 5 years ago I had a job that I worked 3rd shift. I loved my job and where I was working, but sometimes you just don't get enough sleep when you work 3rd and spend time with the family. Well one night I was trying to take a power nap, before I went to work. Well my son Kyle can up and laid in the bed with me, softly talking about what he wanted for his birthday, or whatever. I was almost asleep when I answered him. "Maybe Santa clan." Meaning maybe Santa can, but my son, now 15 still gets a laugh out of both of us when he brings this up.

Sometimes kids do the same thing over.

When my 15 year old was about 8 or so, we moved to our home where we live now. We got mats to put out at our doorstep to wipe your shoes. As time goes on and the mat gets older it tends to curl up a bit on the end. My son is somewhat clumsy, as I'm sure I've said before. Well one night while running up the front steps to the porch he tripped on the mat and sorta spread out on the porch. He was fine and nothing major. Well 3 days later he comes running up the front steps hits the mat and says, " Stupid mat! Not again!", as he trips on it and tumbles in the door. Luckily the only thing hurt was his pride.
